Welcome to the virtual home of the Global Best Practices Conference. The 21st gathering of this event will be held January 17 -19th in Dallas, TX.

This event brings together the brightest minds and biggest hearts in the restaurant industry. The 2015 event, the 20th anniversary, was home to hundreds of restaurant industry senior leadership and c-suite executives (check out 2015 attendees here). The agenda featured game changing thinkers and leaders from in and out of the industry (see full agenda here).

The January event is also the time TDn2K recognizes industry excellence in human resource and operational performance with the coveted Best Practices Awards, Diamond Catalyst Award, Heart of the Workplace Award and the Workplace Legacy Award. 2015 winners included: Taco Bell, Denny’s Diner (CEO John Miller was also the 2015 Legacy award winner), Chili’s Grill and Bar, The Cheesecake Factory, White Castle and Panera Bread.
